Keeping Seniors Home

Keeping Seniors Home is a collaboration between the Community Services and Housing Department of MMCA. Housing Services staff provide weatherization and other services that enable seniors to remain in their homes. Community Services staff complete a comprehensive survey with seniors that identifies other needs and issues. Participants might be referred for other services and supports, including case management services through MMCA.
