ENERGY AUDIT SERVICES

Using the latest technology, certified Energy Auditors are available to conduct energy audits in your home. These audits are designed to assist the homeowner in recognizing energy saving measures which can result in significant savings in heating costs.

KEEPING SENIORS HOME (KSH) PROGRAM

Keeping Seniors Home is a collaboration between the Community Services and Housing Department of MMCA. Housing staff provide weatherization and other services that enable seniors to remain in their homes. Community Services staff complete a comprehensive survey with seniors that identifies other needs and issues. Participants might be referred for other services and supports, including case management services through MMCA.

MULTI-FAMILY REHABILITATION PROGRAM

Low-interest loans up to $30,000 to repair housing units in multi-family buildings are available to residents of Northeast Cumberland, Sagadahoc and Lincoln Counties through MMCA’s Multi-Family Rehabilitation Program. At least 50% of the units must be occupied by families whose income is below 60% of the area median income. Loan terms available up to15 years with an interest rate of 0%.
